The Buffalo Beauts will open their National Women's Hockey League season Oct. 7 at the Connecticut Whale and then face the Whale on Oct. 13 in the home opener at HarborCenter.

The 16-game regular-season schedule was released Thursday. Seven of the Beauts' home games are at HarborCenter with the eighth as part of a doubleheader with the Sabres on Dec. 29 at KeyBank Center.

The Beauts will play five of their first six on the road and then have six consecutive home games from Dec. 8 to Jan. 26.

Season tickets and individual game tickets are available and can be purchased online at, in person at the KeyBank Center Box Office or by phone at 855-4444.
