Living with constant power cuts in Central Africa Republic

People in Central Africa Republic's capital Bangui often cannot count on getting through a day with a reliable power supply. Businesses struggle and homes are plunged into darkness because of an energy shortfall that means that sometimes there's electricity for only about eight hours a day, with poorer neighbourhoods in particularly badly hit. France 24's correspondents went to find out more.
