According to an investigation of the accident, a 2014 Toyota RAV4 driven by Caroline F. Bianchi, of Bergen, was traveling south on Route 19 when her vehicle struck a northbound 2007 Chrysler Town & Country operated by Beehler.

Bianchi's vehicle crossed the centerline into the northbound lane, deputies said.
