City of Tonawanda Mayor Rick Davis has said city residents will also be able to participate in this campaign.
The Solarize campaign is a component of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority's Clean Energy Communities Program.
A launch event will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Town Hall. Community workshops will be at 6 p.m. Aug. 31 in the DFK Pavilion in Lincoln Park and at 6:30 p.m. in the Phillip Sheridan Building, 3200 Elmwood Ave.
