Erie County is tracking confirmed coronavirus cases by ZIP code.

Listed below, with their maps, are the ZIP codes in the county that have the most total cases of the pandemic as of Nov. 25, according to the Health Department's Covid-19 tracking site. ZIP codes with 285 or more total cases are listed.

Over the last month, the county announced it was focusing on specific ZIP codes with high Covid-19 rates, as the state has done, in an effort to fight the spread of the virus.

The county has also released the Erie County ZIP codes with highest case totals for the week ending Nov. 21, along with their populations and a metric that accounts for population: Cases per 100,000 people.

Listed are the 20 ZIP codes with the highest case totals for that week, as well as the five highest rates per population.

Note: Maps of all ZIP codes are either in the overall list below or have been added to the bottom of the list.
