Clarksburg Cider, which sits on 17 acres in Lancaster at 4493 Walden Ave., is a hard cidery and full-service taproom that opened this summer. Bryan LeFauve and Michael Robb are the major partners, with Eddie Graves overseeing the cidermaking and Jon Robare the general manager. Mixologist Jamielynn Brydalski works Clarksburg's hard ciders into a line of cocktails, too. Clarksburg uses juice from New York State dessert apples at the foundation of its hard cider, which is produced in a large area immediately behind the taproom and also distributed in cans to retailers.
