    Western New York’s first Filipino sit-down restaurant is hidden away behind an apartment tower in Niagara Falls, down the street from the casino and a few blocks from the state park boundary.

      Eight artists selected by Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center were teamed with eight creative local chefs to develop dishes reflecting the artist’s sensibilities through the chef’s prism, creating a shared palette aimed to provoke and please palates.

        Oven-roasted chicken wings, margherita pizzas and lobster rolls are some of the popular food dishes at Perla Seafood Bistro in Depew.


        After closing his Blasdell restaurant, Bryan Mecozzi has transformed the former DeSalvo Meats & Eats into a night spot for dining and drinks, a stylish addition to Kenmore’s dining district.
