DESK SET – You don’t have to leave home to take in the next Lunch and Learn session at noon Thursday sponsored by the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce.

Topic of the free hour-long workshop is “Yoga at the Desktop.” Presented by Lisa Yohon of Lavender Lotus Yoga in Olean, it will show how to relieve stress caused by spending long hours at a computer.

“With many of us working from home, this is an ideal class to watch,” says Erica Dreher, the Chamber’s membership services manager. “These sequences of simple exercises can be performed quite unobtrusively at your desk, at any time of day.”

The workshop will be streamed on the Lavender Lotus Yoga page on Facebook. For more info and a direct link to the session, call the Chamber at 372-4433 or email
