BPO postpones Beethoven Festival concerts, suspends concerts through May 16

The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra announced Monday that, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has postponed its Beethoven Festival concerts that had been scheduled for May 1-2 and 9-10.

The BPO also announced an extension of its suspension of concert activity at Kleinhans Music Hall through May 16. Performances may be rescheduled in the near future. Ticket holders will be notified as quickly as possible in such a case.

Ticket holders also may donate their tickets in return for a tax deduction, or hold onto them for other potential concert options. Those who need assistance with ticketing options may call the BPO box office at 885-5000, or send an email to
