Niagara County adds 12 more confirmed Covid-19 cases; total now 103

The Niagara County Health Department added 12 more confirmed Covid-19 cases to its map Friday, bringing the county's total to 103 cases.

Public Information Officer Kevin C. Schuler said 16 of the 103 Niagara County patients have recovered. Of the remainder, 72 are isolated at home and 15 are in hospitals.

Schuler said 100 Niagara County residents are currently quarantined, while 106 have completed quarantines.

Five of Friday's newly confirmed cases are in Wheatfield, which now has 24 cases. Three are in Niagara Falls, which now has 26.

Hartland recorded its first confirmed Covid-19 case Friday, leaving only two towns, Wilson and Royalton, without cases.

North Tonawanda added two cases, reaching a total of 13, while Porter added one, setting its total at three.
