Expect sticker shock when buying tickets for Rolling Stones, Bieber and more

Planning on purchasing tickets for one of the big concerts going on sale this Valentine's Day? Be prepared to pay even more – and we're talking beyond the original ticket price.

The Rolling Stones and Justin Bieber are among five concerts going on sale at various times of the day. Each concert is handling tickets in a different way in sales and even how they will be accepted at the concert. (Be especially aware of the process for the Bieber tickets.)

Ticket prices have not been announced for the Stones or Bieber, so we knew there would be some initial pain seeing the cost online (the only way you can buy them). The surprise was that those pesky service charges are increasing along with the price you pay with per seat fees up to $65 per ticket – essentially the cost you would pay to attend another concert.

We've found prices for the Stones and Bieber from some of the many presale opportunities so here's what we know. This information is for when these concerts go on sale to the general public on Feb. 14.

Rolling Stones, 8 p.m. June 6, New Era Field. Tickets, including VIP packages, go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 14 via the band's website, and Checking in on two presales, we found available seats on the field ranged from $547.52 up to $808.55 in the standing room-only pit. A few upper deck seats were $64.50 with prices up to $199. Available seats in the lower seating level (including end zone) were $287 to $456.57. Fees added were $30.20 service fee (per ticket), $5 facility charge (per ticket) and $3.25 order processing for an additional $36.82 per ticket. The final cost of the $199 ticket: $235.82.
