A 48-year-old man was in critical condition after he was struck by two vehicles in downtown Buffalo Wednesday morning, according to the Buffalo Police Department.
Police said the pedestrian was struck at about 6:50 a.m. at Niagara Street near Carolina Street.
The victim was transported to Erie County Medical Center.
Niagara Street was closed southbound from Carolina to Niagara Square for an investigation of the incident, but it has since reopened.
No charges have been filed at this time, police said.
