Delaware North Cos. has added 32 airport food locations, spread across five airports, to its portfolio.
It acquired the restaurants and food outlets from Creative Food Group, a Manhattan-headquartered concessions company.
Creative Food Group incorporates a mix of self-branded stores, local and national brands, including Johnny Rockets, Jamba Juice and Caribou Coffee. It opened in 1994 with one coffee shop in a Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City.
The newly acquired concessions are located in five airports: Kentucky's Lexington Bluegrass Airport, Oklahoma's Tulsa International Airport, Texas' Midland International Air & Space Port, Arizona's Tucson International Airport and Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Delaware North Cos., headquartered on Delaware Avenue, operates more than 300 food and retail outlets at more than 30 airports and travel hubs around the world.
