'Jeopardy' burns Bills over missed Super Bowl kick; team and fans respond

Well, the Buffalo Bills made Final "Jeopardy" on Tuesday night.

“In the dreams of this team’s fans, Scott Norwood pulls it back just a bit to the left in Super Bowl 25,” said Alex Trebek as he read the clue.

The question, of course, is the "who are the Buffalo Bills?" The reference is to kicker Scott Norwood's missed field goal attempt at the end of Super Bowl XXV in the New York Giants' 20-19 victory.

The Bills responded on social media with, "We'll take 'Too Soon' for $1,000, Alex."

The question was part of this week's Tournament of Champions, which featured James Holzhauer, who won nearly $2.4 million in 31 appearances. Holzhauer has advanced to the two-day final, which will begin airing Thursday.

A number of Bills fans responded on social media to the burn.
