The Buffalo Bills will get a key part of their defense back Sunday.
Linebacker Matt Milano is active and will play against the Philadelphia Eagles at New Era Field. Milano, a third-year veteran, missed last week's win over the Miami Dolphins with a hamstring injury suffered in Week 5 against the Titans.
In a game that figures to be run-heavy based on the wet and windy weather, Milano's presence will boost the Bills' run defense.
Safety Kurt Coleman (hamstring) and linebacker Corey Thompson (ankle) are out for the Bills because of injuries. The team's list of healthy inactives starts with wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie. Wide receiver Duke Williams, who was questionable coming into the game because of a shoulder injury, will play. Fellow wide receiver Robert Foster will also suit up after being a healthy inactive against the Dolphins in Week 7.
Running back T.J. Yeldon, tight end Tommy Sweeney, guard Ike Boettger and offensive lineman Ryan Bates are the Bills' other healthy inactive players.
