A two-month narcotics investigation resulted in a Lockport man's arrest Friday on weapons charges, the Niagara County Sheriff's Department announced Monday.
Tyrone Belton Bruce Jr., 36, was arrested following the execution of a search warrant at a South Bristol Avenue address where narcotics activity had been reported in and around the residence, the sheriff's office said.
Bruce was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon as well as third-degree criminal possession after two loaded handguns and a set of metal knuckles were located at the residence, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies said suspected narcotics were also found at the residence, that further charges may be pending and the investigation is continuing.
Bruce was held in Niagara County Jail with no bail due to prior felony convictions.
