Williamsville’s Renaissance Place offers amenities, prime location

A wide variety of living arrangements are available, from one bedroom one bath apartments to three bedroom/two bath apartments. In fact there are 10 different apartment layouts in total. Many come with attached garages.

Sizes range from 783 square feet to 1,344 square feet, with rents ranging from $1,312 to $2,085. Residents pay their own electric, gas and water.

As of March, all apartments have been fully upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and USB outlets. Many have built-in granite breakfast bars.

Lower, and most upper apartments, have wood style plank flooring. Depending on whether it’s an upper or lower apartment, residents have a balcony or patio. Lower units are ADA compliant. Renaissance Place is also a newly smoke-free community.

Notable are the open floorplans and spacious layouts of all the floorplans. Upper apartments feature vaulted ceilings, while lower units have 9 foot ceilings, creating an open and airy feel.

Some of the bigger living spaces have the feel of a ranch home. Accommodating a king size bed and dressers is no problem. In fact, all master bedrooms have a walk-in closet too.

Many living spaces also feature a gas fireplace. All apartments have central air conditioning. New custom faux-wood blinds have been installed in every apartment as well.

Handy, full-size washer and dryers are included in all apartment units. Many apartments have private storage.

Renaissance Place recent upgrades include a green initiative. Water-saving toilets, shower heads and faucets have been installed. Energy-efficient LED lights are in each apartment and throughout the common areas.

Community amenities are plenty, starting with a heated saltwater swimming pool (with a life guard), a kids activity zone and a special playground for toddlers. Residents can also enjoy a sports court and use of grilling/picnic areas as well.

In the modern, on-site 24/7 fitness center is a new Peloton bike, as well as Life Fitness equipment.

The beautiful clubhouse has a fireplace where residents can hang out, or rent to host an event. Each resident is permitted one fee-free rental per year. The community also features a business center with computers, a fax, printer and copier.

For residents with children, the apartments are located within the premier Williamsville School District, and Country Park Elementary, Transit Middle and Williamsville East High School.

Within walking or a short drive are Wegmans, Target, Kohl’s and many of Transit Road’s restaurants and stores.

Cats and dogs (including service dogs) are welcome. Breed and weight restrictions apply. There is a one time $500 pet fee for the first pet, $250 for each additional pet. An on site fully fenced dog park provides leash free fun.

An Ultimate Technology Package is offered at a discounted rate for high-speed internet and digital cable.

On site services included with rent are 24-hour emergency maintenance, 24/7 leasing center assistance, snow removal, lawn care and trash pick up.
