Aug. 23-24 – Innovative Outdoors Walleye Challenge out of Dunkirk in Lake Erie. Friday is Big Fish Friday and Saturday is the main tournament for best six fish per team. Teams of two to five people, up to nine rod limit. Call 481-5348 for more info.

Aug. 25 – Wilson Conservation Club archery season 3D warmup shoot starting at 7 a.m. 2934 Wilson-Cambria Road, Wilson. Sign-up ends at noon. Cost is $10. Food and beverage available.

Aug. 26 – Niagara County Federation of Conservation Clubs monthly meeting at the Town of Lockport offices, Dysinger Road and Beattie Avenue, Lockport starting at 7 p.m.

Aug. 28 – Safe Harbor Open Bass League one-day contest out of Safe Harbor Marina, Buffalo from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. $40 for one or two person teams. Best three fish. Pay at the launch.

Aug. 30 – Summer Night Hike and Campfire at Beaver Meadow Audubon Preserve in North Java from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Preregistration required. Cost is $5. Call 585-457-3228.
