Niagara County Health Department sets Community Resource Fair

About 30 exhibitors will be on hand at the Niagara County Health Department's second annual Community Resource Fair, to be held, rain or shine, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday in front of the Trott Access Center, 1001 11th St., Niagara Falls.

Participants will include Cornell Cooperative Extension, Independent Living of Niagara, Planned Parenthood, Catholic Charities, Fidelis Care, BlueCross BlueShield, Oishei Children’s Hospital, Eastern Niagara Hospital, Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, the YMCA and YWCA, Inter-Community Services Food Pantry and Clothes Closet, the Alzheimer’s Association, Elderwood, Girl Scouts of Western New York and the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office car seat safety check.

During the resource fair, the county's Sexual Health Center Clinic inside the Trott Access Center will be open for testing and information on HIV prevention. More information on that is available by calling 278-1900.
