Brownstone Homes shows a move-in ready ranch in Lancaster

Located in Lancaster, Brownstone Homes, a boutique custom home builder, is showing its move-in ready Glen Eagle ranch model at 4 Blackstone Court off Harris Hill Road between Genesee Street (Rt. 33) and Pleasant View Drive.

Blackstone Court borders Clarence and is ideal for homeowners who frequent Amherst and Clarence, with a short drive to the NYS Thruway arteries and downtown Buffalo.

With only six lots remaining, the newly built home is competitively priced at $539,900 and move-in ready. The private treed, tranquil 12 lot cul-de-sac has reduced tax status.

The 2,400 square foot home has three bedrooms and two full baths. The open floor plan is one of Brownstone Homes top selling models.

The home features a front load garage with front and rear covered porches. The handsome façade includes gray graphite ledger stone with white maintenance free board and batten siding.

The covered front entry has architectural columns and a front entry door with sidelights. Easy to clean, classic paned windows give the home a nostalgic yet modern feel.

Guests enter in to a bright, airy foyer/mudroom area thanks to the home’s 9-foot ceilings.

The Glen Eagle Model also features raised specialty ceilings with crown molding, including in the dining room, master bedroom, front bedroom and great room.

Flooring is a unique brushed wide plank hardwood throughout the common rooms, with carpeting in the bedrooms and tile in the baths.

The kitchen’s white custom cabinets are set off by the natural maple island. The quartz countertops have the look of gray and white Carrara marble. The sharp knot motif on the kitchen backsplash really ties the kitchen together. Stainless steel appliances and stainless steel stove hood matched with the sleek pendant lighting give the kitchen a chic look without feeling cold.

In addition to the main kitchen sink, the island also has a handy secondary sink. A built-in drawer microwave keeps food removal at a safe level in a convenient location.

Just off the kitchen is the informal dinette area, with doors that open on to a good-sized covered deck.

Open to the kitchen is the great room with a gas fireplace that features a sharp white custom mantle and white marble look tiled face. Side windows look out over the private treed lot.

The living room has a tray ceiling. The gas fireplace is flanked by two windows that look out over the backyard.

The large master bedroom sits on one side of the home. The spa like bath continues the gray and white Carrara marble look with the floor tile. The huge walk in shower features a unique vertical tile design. Nearby is a soaking tub. The toilet is compartmentalized for privacy and there is a dual sink vanity. An oversized walk in closet is just off the master bath. In fact the home features plenty of storage closets.

The master bath features both a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Two large remaining bedrooms, which can accommodate king-sized beds, are serviced by another full bath with a tub/shower arrangement.

Also located on the first floor is a large laundry room.

One of the best, and most desirable, features of the home is the walk out basement. Sliding glass doors lead to the large backyard that backs up to green space that will never be developed. The basement also has 9-foot ceilings, so if the area is finished, it won’t feel closed in. The space has been prepped with bathroom plumbing too.

The walk out basement is ready to be finished, if desired. The plumbing is in place for a bathroom too.

The home is ready for immediate occupancy. Regular open houses are Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m., or by appointment by calling (716) 553-8801.
