Malek Green, a 6-foot-7 forward from Morehead State, announced Sunday that he will transfer to Canisius to join its men’s basketball team.
Green will have two seasons of eligibility with the Golden Griffins, but he will have to sit out the 2019-2020 season because of NCAA transfer rules, unless he files for and is granted an eligibility waiver by the NCAA.
