Exterminator employee charged with exposing himself to Grand Island customer

A Buffalo man working for an extermination company has been charged with exposing himself to a customer on Grand Island, according to the Erie County Sheriff's Office.

Officials with the Sheriff's Office said video captured by a doorbell system shows Eliezer Ortizapeita, 28, removing his penis from his pants and exposing himself, the office said in a news release.

Law enforcement officials were notified about the incident Saturday and Ortizapeita was arrested Thursday. He was charged with public lewdness, a misdemeanor, as well as disorderly conduct and exposure, and was issued appearance tickets to appear in Grand Island Town Court, the office announced.

The news release did not identify the company for which Ortizapeita worked.

Investigators ask anyone who else who may have been victimized to call 858-2903.
