The Buffalo Niagara Builders’ Association Horizons Tours of Homes has started, with 20 beautiful new homes to see.
The tour kicked off last weekend and continues July 25-28: Thursday and Friday, 3 to 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tickets are $9 and gains you access to all 20 homes built by seven local builders. Tickets can be purchased at BNBA.org, via the ParadeCraze App or at any house in the show. The ticket can be used over both weekends, or to go back and revisit any of the homes during the duration of the show.
Here are the homes in communities from the Northtowns to the Southtowns:
Marrano features five homes. In Amherst, 108 Waterway Lane in Evergreen Landing is a contemporary single family home. In Williamsville, the Villas at Windstone on Northhill Drive feature upscale, maintenance-free condo living. In Lancaster, 106 Avian Way in Summerfield Farms is a timelessly designed two-story single family home. In Hamburg’s desirable Deer Springs community, the home at 2436 Hobblebush Lane is a chic coastal farmhouse design, while in East Aurora at 383 Mill St., see an Arts & Crafts inspired patio home with unique details in the Aurora Mills community.
Essex Homes shows four homes, including two in Clarence. At 5367 Glenview Drive in Spaulding Green, see the timeless “Devonshire” single family home, while at 9072 Bancroft Drive in Essex Greens at Waterford, see a stylish patio home. In Lancaster at 72 Tranquility Trail in the Cross Creek development, tour the “Weston” single family home in a picturesque setting. The builder’s “Easton” model at 52 Knoche Way in the Knoche Farm Estates is an elegant, modern take on an open floor plan.
Natale Builders will have three homes on the tour, with two in East Amherst. The first at 100 Avalon Meadows Lane is the two story “Savoy” with its flexible floorplan. At 21 Nicole Court, see an a ranch with a loft in The Chateaus at Avalon Meadows community. In Hamburg’s Pleasant Creek community, visit 5572 Cooper Ridge, a two bedroom ranch.
Regency Builders will showcase its “Westchester” design at 125 Penny Lane in Amherst. The custom home builder’s skills are showcased with custom coffered and box ceilings and unique flooring.
New to the show this year is Bliss Custom Homes with a Craftsman inspired home at 8825 Roll Road in Clarence Center. Known for commercial construction and land development, Bliss has focused its expertise toward building high quality homes that provide outstanding value for the customer.
David Homes (davidhomes.com) will show three homes, with two in the Southtowns. At 5665 Southwestern Boulevard see a two-bedroom patio home in the Villas at Brierwood. In Orchard Park at 16 Knoche Way in the Knoche Farm Estates, see a traditional single family home. On Grand Island, a single family home at 38 Eagleview Drive in the River Oaks Landing community will be shown.
Rounding out the show, Forbes Capretto Homes (forbescapretto.com) will feature three homes. At 8907 Willyoungs Overlook in Clarence, see a two story single family home in the Northwoods community. In Lancaster, see a “The Saxton” a single family home at 38 Hidden Meadow in Lancaster. In Hamburg’s Pleasant Creek community see the single family home, the “Hennefield” at 3344 Cross Creek.
