The News' look around the AFC East finished with the Dolphins, who are "widely projected to be the worst team in the NFL this season."
Josh Rosen could be the team's quarterback of the future after being booted from Arizona in favor of Kyler Murray. He'll have the beat out veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick, who always seems to find his way into the starting lineup. But there doesn't appear to be much hope this year for the Dolphins, who finished 7-9 last season and are projected to be much worse in 2019.
FanDuel Sportsbook set the Dolphins' win total at 4.5, which is the lowest in the league. The Cardinals might give the Dolphins a fight for the No. 1 overall pick (over/under: 5 wins), but Cincinnati, Washington and the New York Giants could also be quite bad this year, too.
Losing either game to the Dolphins this year will be inexcusable for the Bills. If they hope to have any shot at the playoffs, they'll need to take care of business against weak teams.
Zay Jones helps youngsters practice: The Bills receiver asked on Twitter earlier this week if there were any high school or college receivers in the area who wanted to run routes. Jones held true to his word and let some local athletes practice with him on Wednesday (here's a video). If you missed him, it's OK – Jones promised he would hold another session in the future.
