Casey Case, a quarterback from Winter Park, Fla., announced Tuesday on Twitter that he has verbally committed to the University at Buffalo football program.
Case will be a senior in the fall and will join the Bulls as a freshman in 2020. He is a 6-foot-6, 200-pound pro-style quarterback who threw for 1,235 yards and 18 touchdowns and was intercepted eight times in 2018, according to MaxPreps.com.
Case is the seventh player to commit to UB’s freshman class of 2020, and the first quarterback to join its class.
Coaches cannot comment on recruits until after they have signed a National Letter of Intent to join a program, per NCAA guidelines.
