Robert-James Sales Inc., an industrial manufacturing firm, is planning a $2.65 million expansion at its Walden Avenue site in Lancaster, confirmed Paul Leone, consultant to the Lancaster Industrial Development Agency.
The acquisition of 45 additional acres at 4543 Walden Ave. and the planned construction of a 100,000-square-foot warehouse represents the second phase of the project that started in July 2018, said Leone.
The combined project will have an estimated cost of $6.47 million. The project is expected to receive $686,000 in tax breaks over seven years, said Leone.
“Robert-James plans future development at the Lancaster site near Pavement Road,” said Leone.
A public hearing is scheduled at 8:30 a.m. July 9 at Lancaster Town Hall, 21 Central Ave.
Robert-James, whose headquarters are in Cheektowaga, specializes in the manufacture and distribution of stainless-steel pipes, fitting, flanges and valves.
