RIDE THE RAILS – A few tickets are still available for the Niagara History Center’s 2019 Summer Bus Trip to Arcade on Saturday. It leaves at 8 a.m. from the History Center, 215 Niagara St., Lockport, and returns about 5 p.m.
The tour takes in the Arcade Historical Society Museum, lunch at Chanderson’s Steak and Seafood and a 2½-hour ride on a vintage Arcade and Attica Railroad train. Tickets are $80, $75 for History Center members. Call 434-7433.

FUN FOR ALL – Carnival games, pony rides, a petting zoo, the Niagara County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit and a safety house and fire truck from the Niagara Falls Fire Department are among the free attractions when Bacon Memorial Presbyterian Church, 166 59th St., Niagara Falls, holds a Family Fun Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. A free lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. includes a hot dog, chips and a beverage. There also will be raffles and local crafts, plus information from a variety of community organizations. Call 283-5744.

BUILT TO LAST – Marvel at a set of century-old industrial masterworks – five 60-foot-tall triple expansion steam engines – when the Industrial Heritage Committee sponsors a tour Saturday afternoon of the Col. Francis G. Ward Pumping Station at the foot of Porter Avenue. Doors open at 1 p.m. The tour begins at 1:30. Admission is free. No reservations needed.
