Larkin Square and Hydraulic Hearth will close Seneca Street between them from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday for a public block party all are welcome to attend.
More than 40 vendors – including artisans and food trucks – will participate in the gathering. Free lawn games will be part of the fun along with acrobats from The Bird’s Nest, Mapleview Alpacas and puppies from Queen City Pitties. Live music starts at 1:30 p.m. and will feature Witty Tarbox and The Tins.
Hydraulic Hearth, at Seneca and Swan streets, will open its beer garden early for lunch by Wayno’s BBQ and nearby Swan Street Diner will be open until 3 p.m., with live music from noon to 1 p.m., said Bridget Schaefer, Larkin Square director of hospitality.
Free parking will be available in the Larkin Square parking ramp and lots along Exchange Street.
Meanwhile, Food Truck Tuesdays will run from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and feature the band Mosswalk.
