Bills add offensive tackle De'Ondre Wesley, tight end Mik'Quan Deane

The Buffalo Bills have claimed offensive tackle De'Ondre Wesley off waivers from the Indianapolis Colts.

Wesley was on the Bills' practice squad during the 2017 season, signed to a futures/reserve contract in January 2018 and then spent the early part of last season on the practice squad. He was signed to the Colts' practice squad in November.

Wesley, listed at 6 feet, 6 inches and 338 pounds, was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Baltimore Ravens in 2015 and was active for six games that season. He signed with the Bills before Week 1 in 2017, days after being released.

The Bills also announced the signing of tight end Mik'Quan Deane, a 6-foot, 4-inch, 240-pound undrafted free agent from Western Kentucky. Deane had 44 receptions for 530 yards and six touchdowns, all career highs, last fall. The Bills presumably added another tight end given the foot injury to Tyler Kroft suffered this week.

The Bills released offensive tackle Blake Hance, who was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Northwestern, and Abraham Wallace, a safety from Western Alabama who was signed after the team's rookie minicamp.
