A 24-year-old Black Rock man was arrested Wednesday morning after a bullet was fired into a town house on South Division Street with six people inside, including three children and a teenager, according to a Buffalo police report.
Officers determined the gun was fired from inside an adjoining residence on South Division, between Hickory and Pine streets, at about 11:50 p.m. Tuesday, according to the report.
Police recovered a .380-caliber pistol, a box of ammunition and cocaine from inside the residence where the gunfire originated. An infant and a 2-year-old were inside that home at the time the gun was fired.
Stevie L. Curry, of Sandrock Road, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree reckless endangerment, child endangerment and criminal mischief, according to the report.
