Jaren English, a 6-foot-4-inch guard from Michigan, will play basketball at St. Bonaventure.
English announced his commitment to the Bonnies on Tuesday night, and will sign his national letter of intent on Wednesday at Romulus (Mich.) High School.
English played for one season at Ranger College in Texas, about 90 miles west of Fort Worth.
He started 33 games in 2018-19 and averaged 12 points, five rebounds and two assists for the Rangers, who played for the NJCAA Men's Division I national championship in March.
English is Bona's second signee this spring. Matt Johnson, a guard from Howard College in Big Spring, Texas, signed with the Bonnies in April.
Justin Winston, a New Jersey native and a swingman, signed his letter of intent with the Bonnies in the fall. Winston played this past season at Putnam Science Academy in Connecticut, the same prep school that produced Bona freshmen Kyle Lofton and Osun Osunniyi.
