The Buffalo Bills apparently liked what they saw from at least one of the players they invited for a tryout during their rookie minicamp over the weekend.
The agent for tight end Moral Stephens, formerly of the University of Florida, announced via Twitter Sunday that the Bills signed his client to a contract.
Eloy Vazquez Jr., tweeted his congratulations to Stephens for making the "absolute most" of an opportunity the agent said he created for his client. Vazquez also included two photos of Stephens apparently signing a contract with the Bills, who had yet to announce the transaction as of Sunday night.
There’s no better feeling as an agent than creating an opportunity for your client and watching him make the absolute most of it! Congrats to our guy Moral Stephens @moralstephens03 on signing with the Buffalo Bills! @ELITEathleteM @GatorsFB #WeAreElite pic.twitter.com/uwYfG7VwBu

In three seasons with the Gators, the 6-foot-3, 252-pound Stephens caught 15 passes for 261 yards and three touchdowns, all of which came in 2018 when he also had a college career-best eight receptions for 106 yards. The Bills now have six tight ends: incumbent Jason Croom, free-agent signees Tyler Kroft and Jake Fisher, and draft picks Dawson Knox and Tommy Sweeney on their roster.
