NCCC holds three commencement ceremonies Saturday

Niagara County Community College will hold three commencement ceremonies Saturday in the Arts and Media Theatre on its Sanborn campus.

At 9 a.m., Phyllis Floro, director of student engagement at the University at Buffalo, will address graduates who have earned associate's degrees in science, health, mathematics, business technology and the arts. In 2017, NCCC honored Floro as a distinguished alumnus.

At 11:30, Assemblyman Angelo J. Morinello, R-Niagara Falls, a former Falls city judge, will speak to the graduates of the humanities, social sciences, hospitality, tourism and culinary arts divisions.

At 2 p.m., the speaker will be Anne E. McCaffrey, president and CEO of Eastern Niagara Hospital and a former mayor of Lockport, and the graduates will be from the nursing and allied health programs.
