Wiz Khalifa will roll into Darien Lake this summer

Fresh off new, chill content on April 20, Wiz Khalifa has announced a stop in the Buffalo area this summer.

Khalifa, who broke out with Pittsburgh-repping track "Black and Yellow," will play here July 21 at Darien Lake Amphitheater (9993 Allegheny Road, Corfu). French Montana and Playboi Carti are the chief openers, with additional support from DJ Drama, Moneybagg Yo and Chevy Woods.

Tickets, which go on sale at 10 a.m. April 26, range from $29 to $89.50 through LiveNation.com and Ticketmaster. A limited number of four packs of lawn seats will be available.

Khalifa released "Rolling Papers 2" last summer, and that material blends well with the imagery in the music video that accompanied his mixtape, "Fly Times, Vol. 1: The Good Fly Young."

The headliner was also featured in an Apple Music mini series of documentaries entitled "Behind the Cam," which can still be streamed.

Look back at Wiz Khalifa's performance shots from 2015 at Darien Lake and 2017 in Alumni Arena, plus smiling fans in Darien and Amherst.
