A Chautauqua County woman was charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday, after she was pulled over by State Police for traffic violations, according to State Police.
Troopers said 21-year-old Kayla Nefedov, of Randolph, was stopped on Route 394 in Kennedy and placed under arrest after she failed several field sobriety tests.
After her arrest, Nefedov provided a breath sample that registered .11, troopers said.
She was issued tickets and released.
Nefedov was scheduled to appear in Poland Town Court later this month.
