A Chautauqua County man was arrested Sunday for driving while intoxicated.
New York State Police said Deven Dudenhoeffer, 30, of Kennedy, was pulled over on Route 62 in Kennedy for traffic violations. After failing field sobriety tests, Dudenhoeffer was taken to State Police barracks in Jamestown, where he provided a breath sample showing a blood alcohol content of 0.14, police said.
Dudenhoeffer was issued traffic tickets and released. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Poland court later this month.
