A Lancaster man pleaded guilty in State Supreme Court Friday to engaging in repeated sexual acts with a girl under the age of 13.
Shannon Vickers, 39, admitted to engaging in sexual conduct with the girl on multiple occasions between December 2017 and June 2018 in the Town of Lancaster, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office. He pleaded to one count of "course of sexual conduct against a child" in the first degree, a felony.
He was denied bail and sent to jail by Supreme Court Judge M. William Boller. He faces a maximum of 25 years in prison when he is sentenced on May 31.
