The engineers, designers, managers and artist employees of Fisher-Price in East Aurora teamed up with Technical Education students visiting from Central Connecticut University to modify some of the Mattel Company's Power Wheels battery powered toy Jeeps so that kids with disabilities and mobility difficulties could drive and ride in them. The program states, "Dr. Cole Galloway, founder of the non-profit Go Baby Go has created a powerful initiative that has caught on with students around the nation to give children with lesser abilities the freedom of mobility through more affordable and child-friendly Power Wheels".
