North Tonawanda History Museum holds first book sale at new location

Used book sales have been a popular feature at the North Tonawanda History Museum for several years, and the museum will continue them at its new site, 712 Oliver St.

The first book sale since the new museum opened is set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Hardcover books will be sold for $1 or three for $2; paperbacks cost 50 cents each or three for a dollar. The museum also is offering bags that visitors may fill with books for a flat fee of $5.
