Pair charged with gun possession after threat reported on Timon Street

Two men face gun possession charges after a woman reported being threatened with a gun Tuesday night on Timon Street, according to a Buffalo police report.

Christopher M. Trotter Jr. and Dalton O. Edge Jr. were arrested after officers found a gun in a backpack in their car, which was pulled over near Bailey and Berkshire avenues. Police also found marijuana in the vehicle, according to the report.

Trotter, 25, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, menacing, criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Edge, 20, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana.
