The Irishman Pub & Eatery has announced the opening of its East Aurora location.
"Join us for our first happy hour tomorrow, Wednesday 02/27," the restaurant's Facebook page says. "Our bar will be open for happy hour tomorrow and Thursday our kitchen will be ready to launch our exciting new menu!"
In 2018, Irishman owner Gene O'Donovan took over 162 Main St., in the Rite-Aid plaza, formerly a Yotality location.
Plans were for it to offer a full bar, and a food menu of tavern favorites like Guinness barbecue wings, burgers and hand-cut fries, plus Irish-American comfort food, like potato soup and corned beef and cabbage.
The 3,000-square-foot restaurant and bar will also offer a patio for fair-weather dining and drinking.
