2. Calgary Flames.  Atop West after four-game win streak. (4)

3. San Jose Sharks. Kane Chronicles I: Evander already at 27 goals, should blow past career high of 30. (5)

4. Boston Bruins.  Nice pickup in getting Wild's Coyle, who would have looked good in Buffalo. (8)

5. Winnipeg Jets. Wheeler second to Bolts' Kucherov with 59 assists. (2)

6. Nashville Predators. Sens' Stone would be a great deadline addition. (6)

7. New York Islanders. Leafs' Tavares makes return to Nassau Coliseum Thursday night. It won't be a hero's welcome. (6)

8. Washington Capitals. Pushing to top of Metro, Cup champs wrapped up six-game roadie here Saturday. (9)

9. Toronto Maple Leafs. Have slipped to third in Atlantic; drop to wild-card might be better first-round matchup. (3)

14. Vegas Golden Knights.  Fleury getting more rest with third in Pacific looking like their ceiling. (12)

15. Carolina Hurricanes. Won seven of 10 and had second wild-card for a day. (14)

16. Dallas Stars. Heiskanen now up to 23:06 average ice time in rookie year. (16)

17. Minnesota Wild. Hard to see them holding on out West. (18)

18. Buffalo Sabres. Another season circling around the drain. (17)

19. Colorado Avalanche. Two goals for ex-Sabres prospect Compher in huge win at Chicago. (23)

20. Chicago Blackhawks. Kane Chronicles II: Patrick becomes seventh player in history with multiple 20-game point streaks. (21)

21. Philadelphia Flyers.  Won 12 of 14 but had too big a hole to climb out of. (19)

22. Vancouver Canucks. Pettersson's pace at 37 goals and 77 points. (20)

23. New York Rangers.  Where do Hayes, Zuccarello land come Monday? (22)

24. Florida Panthers. It's flat-out embarrassing how few people have been in BB&T Center for recent games. (24)

25. Arizona Coyotes. Retiring ex-captain Shane Doan's No. 19 on Sunday night. (25)
