Letter: Cuomo should explain differences in some laws

To Andrew Cuomo and New York State lawmakers: Please explain how when someone harms a child, they are criminally charged, but when a doctor

a child they charge a co-pay. How is it that a parent can’t smoke in a car with a child, but a child can be killed because the mother chooses to? Riddle me that one Andrew.
