Two officers in the vehicle were taken to Erie County Medical Center, where they were treated for what were described as "non-life threatening injuries."

The driver of the other vehicle, Jahaan McDuffie, 27, of Buffalo, was arrested and charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and failing to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle.
