An Olean man without a driver's license who has a prior conviction for driving while intoxicated was charged with aggravated DWI, according to State Police.
Aaron R. Tierson, 36, was pulled over Sunday on Buffalo Street in Olean. Tierson failed field sobriety tests at the scene and later registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.18 percent, troopers said.
