Nancy Cox started at the Bonadio Group as a senior accountant in 2006. Before becoming a partner at the CPA firm, she spent nine years working part-time at the firm in order to raise her two children while rising through the ranks. In doing that, she helped shape a more modern office culture at the firm that has attracted top talent and kept turnover low. The company credited both with contributing to significant growth for the company.
She has since taken a more active role in shaping the office atmosphere at Bonadio, through her involvement in an executive leadership program and by starting a peer mentoring group for women at the firm.
Cox is the president of the Board at the Risk Management Association's Buffalo Chapter and on the Board of Directors of the Family Justice Center of Erie County. She's also on the Frontier Central School District Audit Committee and on the Advisory Committee for the Hamburg School District Academy of Finance.
