A distillery, waterfront shed and tavern with outdoor dining are among the projects scheduled to be considered by Buffalo's Planning Board Monday.
Agenda items include:
- A request by the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. to build a "longshed" at Canalside. The barn-like structure will be used by the ECHDC and Buffalo Maritime Center to construct a replica of the 1825 packet boat that transported Gov. DeWitt Clinton from Buffalo to New York City to mark the official opening of the Erie Canal.
- A request by Ellicott Development for its Cooperage project at 55-59 Chicago St. Plans calls for a mixed-use project that would include a brewery, distillery, apartments and retail space.
- A request by Anthony Prendergast to operate a tavern with outdoor dining at 378 Seneca St.
