Three people were arrested late Wednesday on felony drug possession charges following raids on their apartments.
Members of the Olean Office of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and the Jamestown Metro Police Drug Task Force arrested Mark Maio, 34, and Brittany Dellahoy, 28, both of Randolph, along with Brandon Smith, 32, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office said. The arrests followed searches of their residences at which police recovered bags of crystal methamphetamine that were packaged for sale, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Maio and Dellahoy each were charged with a single count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, while Smith was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
All were arraigned in Conewango Town Court and held without bail.
