Worker at wing joint gets hot in Niagara Falls

An employee at Duff's was arrested Tuesday after a physical altercation with a co-worker and an interior window was shattered, according to a Niagara Falls police report.

Police responded to the report of a fight inside the Niagara Falls Boulevard restaurant at about 5 p.m. Witnesses told police Devin K. A. Hindle, 21, of 62nd Street, finished his shift at 3 p.m. and had been drinking at the bar.

Hindle became belligerent and another employee told the bartender to stop serving him drinks, according to the report. After he started yelling and cursing, Hindle got into the face of another employee and the two began fighting. After the fight, another employee called police. That's when Hindle punched the window, witnesses told police.

Hindle was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, according to the report.
