Behavioral therapist Kimberly Morrow will speak in Lancaster on Thursday evening about ways parents can help their children handle stress and anxiety inside and outside school.
Morrow will share strategies to help children and adults better handle stress and anxiety. She also will teach parents ways they can help their children deal with daily stressors.
The Lancaster Family Support Center, Parent Network of Western New York and Mental Health Advocates of WNY combined to support the program, which will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the William Street School, 5201 William St.
